This was just a fitting option for a weekend jaunt in Tokyo with great value. The pillows were unique but awful, felt like solid plastic. Bring your own power adapter or you’ll have to pay extra for borrowing one.

Great location for exploring Ginza's shops and restaurants.
Room temperature was uncomfortably warm and hard to adjust.

I felt like a royal lady wandering through a Parisian palace! The elegant chandeliers and tasteful wood paneling gave the hotel a cozy charm, while its accessibility made my daily excursions a breeze. Simply delightful!
More English-speaking staff would be helpful.

Excellent access to Tsukiji Market, proximity to high-end shopping, connecting room options for families
Rooms feel cramped with awkward bed placements!!! Air conditioning is ineffective, leaving rooms stuffy!!! Could benefit from fresher linens to eliminate musty odors!!!

can't wait to go back
The location was fantastic, just a few blocks from shopping and restaurants. Room had air conditioning, free toiletries, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Also, the breakfast was really good with a mix of Japanese and Western dishes. There’s a cute food mart across the street too.

Cozy Stay with Great Accessibility
Our family spent five nights in a very compact twin room, perfectly located near the subway and numerous restaurants. Despite the room size, we enjoyed lovely family dinners nearby. Tip, Try to arrive early for breakfast to avoid long waits!

Convenient spot right in the center of Ginza, making it easy to explore high-end shops and nearby attractions. The breakfast buffet offers a solid mix of Japanese and Western options. A neat surprise with a complimentary mobile phone for navigation during your stay.
While the location is prime, the room layout could use improvement. The wardrobe is quite narrow, hardly accommodating enough luggage for two people on longer stays. Navigating the complex Tokyo transport system can be tricky, as it often requires multiple metro changes to reach major train stations, so don’t be surprised if you find walking to be quicker.

Used this cozy spot as our base to explore, visiting the historic Kabuki-za theater and indulging in local cuisine. The place was clean, had a nice vibe, and the staff were super helpful. Rooms are comfy, and you’ve got good WiFi. Access to metro passes at reception.
The only downside was the air-conditioning. it fluctuated a lot, and some friends found their rooms too warm. But overall, it was a minor issue.
